The majority of sports related injuries occur during the deceleration or landing phase of movements. Before developing speed, agility, and power, my first task is to correct all movement patterns to reduce potential injury risk. Once established, we build from there.
The Process
I analyze the movements required for an athletes sport and position. This is used to design an individualized training program to maximize results. Sessions are offered for both individuals and small groups, and can be done virtually if needed.
